Spiked Salted Caramel Iced Coffee
When life gives you booze, you spike your morning iced coffee.
I recently discovered a little thing called Sunday brunch. Some of you may be familiar with the weekend tradition? Sure, it’s nothing new, but it’s one of life’s luxuries I refrained from participating in until just recently. It’s a pity, really, because Sunday brunch is everything.
Brunch endorses the consumption of booze in the morning without any of the scrutiny and judgment.
Booze for breakfast is considered to be unacceptable and frowned upon, but booze for brunch is totally appropriate and enthusiastically welcome.
Keeping up with social convention is confusing.
I say you celebrate your next weekend brunch with this Spiked Salted Caramel Iced Coffee. I used a combination of bold cold brew coffee, salted caramel sauce, creamy Caramel Almond + Cashew Silk Nutchello, and I spiked it with salted caramel vodka. The Silk Nutchello adds a velvety creaminess with a hint of nutty caramel flavor.
