Pumpkin Cheesecake Cookies

How do soft, gooey cookies loaded with white chocolate chips and taste just like a creamy pumpkin cheesecake sound? Heavenly? Decadent? Scrumptious?

Yes. Yes. And, yes. These cookies are all three of those things.

Today, I’m guest posting for my dear friend, and fellow cookie lover, Kayle of The Cooking Actress. When Kayle asked me to guest post, I knew exactly what I wanted to make… Cookies, of course! Every time I’m in the mood for cookies, I head on over to Kayle’s site to peruse her list of crave-worthy cookies. I just knew I had to add to that list.

As I was going through Kayle’s long list of delicious cookie recipes, I noticed that her list didn’t include any pumpkin recipes. It’s October, so why not make something pumpkin.

These cookies are oh so soft and chewy. They’re full of warm pumpkiny spices and creamy white chocolate chips. If you love pumpkin cheesecake, then you’re going to love these cookies. They taste a lot like cheesecake, only without all of the work.
