Pantry Organization with OXO POP Containers

Organization–we all strive for it, myself included.

I don’t like being the gal with rogue chocolate chips littering the bottom of her pantry or opened bags of  various flour and baking mixes strewn across the shelves, but, the fact is, I’m that gal.

Or, at least I was before Oxo Pop Containers waltzed into my life proclaiming their love for all things messy and unorganized.

That’s me, folks–messy. I’m not trying to hide the fact that I’m a mess in the kitchen; the word is conveniently located at the top of the page in my title.

While I’m undoubtably a mess in the kitchen, I like the idea of having my baking cabinet–that’s right, I have special cabinet that houses my chocolate chips and other baking paraphernalia–pristinely organized.

Thanks to The Container Store and OXO, my cabinets went from an unorganized, where-is-the-cocoa-powder pile of ingredients to a neatly stacked and labeled cabinet that I now enjoy using.

There are many reasons why I’ve come to love OXO POP containers:

  • OXO POP Containers are designed to save space. Each square and rectangular shaped POP Container is designed to make the most use out of  your shelf space.
  • Their flat lids prove great for stacking, which means I get to stock up on more varieties of chocolate chips!
  • They come in various sizes, from wee little to monstrous. I use the small containers to store my baking powder and baking soda, and I use the larger containers to store flour, sugar, and cocoa powder.
  • The best part: every POP Container is clear, which means you get to see exactly what you have stored inside. No more rummaging!

Now that I’m addicted to organization, I created an OXO wish list on Pinterest.

Organization envy here. I’m literally the least organized person when it comes to the kitchen, taking notes!
